With a clean and glistening appearance, it shows a particular color onion-skin. On the nose, it is clean and honest. White fruit aromas predominate, especially apple's. In the mouth, it is very light and easy, with a sound balance between acidity and graduation.
Vigorous, invitingly sweet and balanced. It reminds of apple juice and sweet wine.

In the mouth, it is fresh and complex and stimulates to drink twice. It is recommended to drink it when eating gastronomic food. Sixteen months in French oak barrels.
